Role: Sales Manager

Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 with bonus and company car/car allowance

Full time permanent

The business is a manufacturer and supplier of safety equipment. This position will be responsible for growing the business markets share in UK, building and preserving relationships with their customers. The purpose is to outperform their competition and maintain the company's positive image primary focus on new contracts with large professional fire services and brigades.

The role

  • Manage sales across the right channels and agreed territory
  • New business development by going to meet potential new clients
  • Attend events through channel partners
  • Support the sales team to increase sales through channel partners
  • Understand local market growth and how to utilise that with a clear plan of action
  • Identify and offer to Regional Sales Manager strategic partnerships within the assigned Territory
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty within strategic accounts for repeat business and revenue growth.

Required experience/skills

  • Experience in selling PPE
  • Working with channel partners in a previous role
  • 5 years of field based sales experience meeting clients
  • Engineering or economy degree
  • Comprehensive understanding of current Fire Fighting
  • standards and practices
