Lexcel accredited practice in South West London seeks a Crime Solicitor or Paralegal seeking a traiing contract n a full-time, permanent basis, Or consultant solicitors.

Joining our client’s thriving crime team based in London, the successful applicant will utilise their skills and expertise to handle a complex caseload of criminal matters with minimal supervision.

To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.

Responsibilities

  • Representing clients detained at police stations
  • Attending police stations
  • Murder and manslaughter
  • ABH and GBH
  • Assault
  • Fraud
  • Drug offences
  • Robbery
  • Theft
  • Road traffic offences
  • Sexual allegations

The Candidate

  • Solicitors or Paralegals with at least one year’s experience in crime
  • Crime duty accreditation is not a pre requisite however, you must be looking to attain this
  • Technically proficient in all aspects of criminal defence
  • IT literate with the ability to operate a computer-based case management system
  • Excellent communication and client care skills will be crucial
