Role overview:

The UK HQ Finance manager will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial for the UK HQ business of a global manufacturing company. This role will coordinate and oversee routine financial activities including purchasing and payment, inter company recharges and CAPEX accounting.

THE ROLE:

  • Preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial for the UK HQ business submitted as part of the Group close.
  • Production of annual statutory financial statements as well as the management of the external audit process for the company.
  • Coordination with the tax department on the process and calculation of intercompany management fees and recharges within the Group.
  • Review and approval of weekly payment runs as well as preparation of quarterly cash flow forecasts for the company.
  • Management of CAPEX reporting for the UK HQ including the internal order process.
