m2r Education are a Wakefield based, multi award winning provider of international teaching and learning solutions. We offer a range of services including recruitment, tutoring, teacher training and English language courses to over 50 countries.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our growing team, growing and managing UK business.

Working from our Wakefield office your role will involve:

  • Generate new business within the UK education sector.
  • Manage current UK education clients.
  • Attend in person and online trade events.
  • To identify competitor threats, strengths and weaknesses and explore opportunities to maximise revenue and market share.
  • Track results against set KPIs.
  • Monitor all recruitment activities against current and planned requirements.
  • Ensure all safeguarding checks are done in line with current guidelines.

Experience required:

  • Previous 360 recruitment experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience of account management and developing strong client relationships.
  • A proven track record of new business development.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Face to face networking skills.
  • A willingness to attend client meetings in the UK.

The right person will inherit a strong and growing customer base therefore we are looking for someone to hit the ground running!

You must be driven, self-motivated, professional and be able to juggle numerous assignments at the same time.
