Prospero Teaching is currently looking for one or two Tutors to support two students in year 8 in Pontefract.

The opportunity:

We are looking for a Tutor to provide support to two a student in Wakefield on a 1:1 basis using a nurturing approach.

The Tutor will support with mainly English, History and Maths.

You will be a vital part of their development so the ideal candidate will have a patient and empathetic attitude.

To be eligible for this role you must:

  • Hold the right to work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references covering 2 years

Qualifications needed:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Relevant teaching experience
  • Be creative and patient
