Our well established client, are seeking a talented individual to share their knowledge in a permanent Tutoring role working in prisons to aid with rehabilitation in to the workplace. Full Tutor training will be provided but industry knowledge is key. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Engineering, Manufacturing or Warehousing eager to coach and tutor others in the field.

What Does the Role Entail?
As a Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering simple industry teaching within the secure setting of a prison. Your responsibilities will include coaching and tutoring individuals in simple Engineering, warehousing or manufacturing and general studies. Utilising your industry knowledge, you'll create engaging and context-specific examples to foster a supportive learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
You will have a desire to teach, coach, train and develop others. You will take a creative approach to bringing simple tasks within Engineering, Warehouse and Manufacturing problems to life through engaging teaching methods. You will have a strong organisational and reliable work ethic and be proficient in utilising IT skills for project completion.

In addition to a competitive salary of between £28,000 and £34,000 based on experience, you'll enjoy a 37.5-hour workweek and a comprehensive induction.
