Treasury Analyst

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000pa
• Working Arrangements:  Office based 4 days.  Work from home 1 day

I am on the hunt for a superstar Treasury Analyst to become an integral part of a finance team. Based in Bearsted, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting suppliers and the group of companies. • Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate bank fees and service charges.
• Analyse financial market trends to optimize investment strategies and manage financial risks.
• Execute foreign currency transactions and manage FX exposure to minimize risk.
• Recommend and implement improvements to treasury processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial decision-making.
• Prepare reports on treasury activities, financial risks, and investment performance for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in treasury, finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking regulations, and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with treasury management systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.
