My client are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join their team in Cirencester! If you have a knack for crafting unforgettable travel experiences and a commitment to excellence, I want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Craft bespoke, high-end travel itineraries tailored to the clients' desires.
• Ensure all products align with the company ethos, promoting sustainable and responsible tourism.
• Provide exceptional customer care from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up, ensuring memorable experiences.
• Meet and surpass sales targets through proactive lead follow-ups and attentive client feedback management.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Exceptional written and sales skills to effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.
• Maintain impeccable standards of customer service, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flourish in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines with ease.
• Exhibit a positive attitude towards teamwork, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and strong organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in the travel industry crafting high-end, tailor-made itineraries is preferred.
