Our client is a small and growing high-end travel agency based in central London, focused on the world’s best health and wellness experiences. The company was established in 1970, and is now a leading, luxury travel and concierge company. They provide clients with luxury wellness holidays and health retreats across the world, giving them independent advice, concierge service and VIP treatment.

Responsibilities

• At the earliest opportunity, to contact enquiries with a view to nurturing this initial enquiry into an active sales lead

• To proactively ensure familiarity with all products developments in wellness travel - most specially those promoted on the company’s website, in brochures, magazines and any other marketing collateral, including special offers

• To maintain an efficient, professional and friendly relationship with the client throughout the booking process. Maintain regular contact with clients (and other travel agents) to keep them informed of progress and the status of booking, including updating on developments

• Working Hours: 09:00- 17:30 Monday - Friday

About you

• Extensive Business or Leisure Travel Agent experience

• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes

• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Experience in transactional and managerial fees

• Able to adopt and champion change
