TR2 Recruitment are working very closely with a client who is looking for a Transport Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This role will start from 11th March and will finish around 26th June 2024. (However end day can be extended based on the business needs of the client)

Successful candidates will have extensive administration, customer service and planning experience.

Day to day;

  • Supporting fleet, transport planners and weighbrudge staff to ensure high levels of vehicle utilisation and low level of queries
  • Ensure that all internal and external customers recieve high levels of service and communication expected from the office
  • Manage material service levels to external and internal customers through detailed pre planning of programmed works through regular communication with customers
  • General administration duties - emailing, phone calls, filing, meetings and more.

Candidates should be available to start work from the 11th March and have the following experience;

  • Ability to build working relationships with customers
  • Ability to speak with stakeholders of various levels
  • Experience in planning programmes of work
  • Handling of inbound and outbound calls
  • Process customer orders
