The Role:

As a Transitions Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in helping students smoothly transition between key stages, ensuring continuity in their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing transition plans tailored to individual student needs.

Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support.

Delivering engaging lessons that promote academic progress and social development.

Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing timely feedback and interventions as needed.

Contributing to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dynamic educator who possesses:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with KS3/KS2 students.

A deep understanding of transition challenges and strategies to support students effectively.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to promoting students' well-being and academic success.

Flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
