We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Operations Manager to join our client’s team as a Transition Manager in Heysham. Our client is at the forefront of providing shore base logistics services to the offshore energy industries. They are dedicated to driving positive change and delivering operational excellence.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead business transformation initiatives, applying continuous improvement methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage financial aspects, including setting and overseeing budgets, and driving financial performance.
• Foster a collaborative environment across teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Uphold a strong commitment to health and safety practices, ensuring they are a top priority in all operations.
• Drive the business unit’s positioning to support an integrated energy landscape in the East Irish Sea, focusing on safety performance, profitability, and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shore base logistics services within the offshore energy sector is essential.
• Familiarity with business development and bid writing to support growth and expansion.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of leading transformation and instigating positive change.
• A motivated self-starter, proactive with the energy to transition and support the business through its growth phase.
