Transactional Finance Manager | High-End Furniture Consultancy | London (hybrid)

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a well-established furniture consultancy business in their search for a Transactional Finance Manager to join their expanding team. The business is extremely well regarded in the industry due to their innovative designs but also due to their inclusive company culture.

Having just secured some exciting new projects, our client is looking for an ambitious individual who can improve the efficiency of the accounts payable and receivable functions, leading a small team of three. Reporting to an experienced Financial Controller, this role would offer the ideal candidate a great level of autonomy and responsibility as well as future progression to grow within the business.

Based from an impressive architecturally design office, you will be part of a close knit team who are supportive and collaborative. Despite recent growth and several industry awards, the business has maintained their non-corporate and sociable company culture with various company lunches and industry events throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the review of accounts payable and accounts reviewable functions
• KPI reporting for AP and AR
• Reviewing, approving, and processing expenses for the entire business
• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
• Cashflow forecasting
• Managing payroll and payment runs
• Working closely with the Financial Controller to provide financial insight to senior leadership teams
• Managing more junior members of the transactional finance team

Requirements:

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA part-qualified or QBE
• Previous experience in a transactionally heavy role
• Experience working in the creative services/project space (architecture, interiors, construction, engineering, real estate, etc)
• Exposure to multiple different currencies
• Line management experience
• A genuine interest in furniture and design

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + generous bonus

Location: Central London (3 days in the office)
