Transaction Services Manager

We have partnered with a mid-market boutique firm located in Leeds in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Transaction Services Manager to operate within their corporate finance team.

As a Transaction Services Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping lead a team to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
• Managing junior staff
• Analysing reports using Excel.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
• Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Previous Transaction Services experience in an accountancy practice or corporate finance boutique.
