We have partnered with a mid-market boutique located in Thames Valley in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Transaction Services Executive to operate within their Corporate Finance team.

As a Transaction Services Executive you will be responsible for preparation and delivery of FDD reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake allocated supporting CF / TS tasks within supervision
  • Undertake business development activities
  • Help in preparation of reports, IM's and related external documents

Qualifications:

  • ACA Qualified or equivalent
  • Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Motivation to leverage ones existing skill-set into the CF space
  • Strong academic background
