Investment Banking | Transaction Manager | LONDON | HYBRID 3 days in the office per week | Up to £640/day Inside IR35 | 5 Month (rolling) Contract

Our Investment Banking client is seeking a talented Transaction Manager (Loans Lawyer) to join their strong close knit team to assist them in managing post-closure loan matters such as restructures, loan and security releases amendments, and waiver request from the trustee's viewpoint.

This role would be ideal for a Banking Lawyer in capital market looking at loans transactions.

Your essential background and experience will include:

• Strong Capital Markets knowledge
• Loans experience
• Corporate trust knowledge (Desirable)
• Fiduciary knowledge
• Senior Associate Level - 5+ years qualified
• SME in Corporate Trust in loans and document reviewing

Location: London

Hybrid: 3 Days in the office per week

Rate: Up to £640/d Inside IR35 (You will work through an umbrella firm in this role)

Contract: 5 months with potential to continue up to 2 years
