£22,500 per annum, plus benefits

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (with some flexible working hours)

We are recruiting for a Training Administrator and Coordinator to join Access 2 Aesthetics based in Abercynon to be the welcoming face of Access 2 Aesthetics, embodying a genuine passion for the beauty industry and in particular aesthetics.

About Access 2 Aesthetics:

Access 2 Aesthetics is a CPD Accredited Aesthetics Training Academy dedicated to providing high-quality training services to medical professionals within the aesthetics industry.

We prioritise excellence in education, aiming to empower our students with the training, knowledge and skills needed to excel in their careers.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Training Administrator and Coordinator to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Directors, you will be the first point of contact for the Academy, playing a crucial part in welcoming students who join, and who are participating in courses. You will coordinate seamless training programs, and always ensure all aspects are organised efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to both students and directors, ensuring a seamless training experience.
  • Manage financial transactions by ensuring all training fees are collected in full.
  • Coordinate the arrangement of models for hands-on training days.
  • Organise and oversee Training Days and Open Days, ensuring all activities run smoothly and Trainers are well supported.
  • Offer continuous support to students from the booking stage through to post-training, including email communication and group support via WhatsApp.
  • Assist the Directors with a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient management of the academy.
  • Promote the business and its courses through active engagement on our social media pages.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration role or similar capacity.
  • Knowledge or understanding and keen interest of the Aesthetics industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • A customer-oriented approach with excellent customer service skills.
  • High regard for patient confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and uphold the ethos of Access 2 Aesthetics.
