The Company:
Our client is a UK-wide charity, the work with organisations across the UK to transform the response to domestic abuse.
The Job:
Our client is seeking a Training Coordinator on a 12 month contract. This is hybrid working and their offices are based in central Bristol
The training team develops the knowledge and skills of professionals within their business and responsibilities will include:
- Setting up meetings, creating and monitoring work-plans, diary management, and accommodation/travel management.
- Maintain an accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication and ensure that all work is compliant with data protection law.
- Work with lead trainer(s) and development officers to produce quotes, contracts and invoices and administrate the relevant paperwork
- Processing bookings and managing course application; work with the communication department to ensure that your courses are advertised when needed, keep track of approved application, waiting list and subsidies. Liaise with the finance department to track paid invoices.
- Send pre-course information to delegates and trainers and assist with enquiries they might have.
- Maintain training accreditation with relevant awarding bodies and facilitating annual inspection.
- Maintain accurate recording and reporting of training/project delivery, including budgets and recording impact measure data for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Where appropriate, assist Senior Training Coordinator to research and source venues/ accommodation and agree rates within set budgets.
- Create and send out agendas for meetings, take minutes/actions and track those actions after the meeting has occurred.
- Administrate and respond to email and telephone helpdesk requests from external key stakeholders and organisations.
The Person:
For this role it’s essential you gained administration experience already. In addition to this they are seeking:
- Ideally you will have working on project based projects in your administration role already
- Ideally in training/ event coordination
- Great people skills
- Great attention to detail
- Confident IT skills.
The Hours
37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm)
