Facilities by ADF have an exciting opportunity for a Training and Compliance Co-ordinator to join the team as maternity cover.

Location: Bridgend, South Wales

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: 35 Hour Week (9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch)

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an experienced Co-ordinator to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract for approximately 10 months to cover maternity leave.

Training and Compliance Co-ordinator – Key Responsibilities:

- Driver licence checks and associated system administration

- General administration for O’ licence and associated compliance

- Assisting the Fleet Managers

- Assist with all elements of Training & Deliverance Documentation

- Deal with registering and deregistering assets on purchase and sale

- Manage documentation and processes relating to new and second-hand trailers from manufacturers and suppliers

- Set up all new suppliers on internal systems

- Develop policies and SOPs where required

- Assist with collating information for overseas productions for the travel packs ensuring each has the relevant documents

- Manage company driving licence checks via external licence check provider

- Deliver system training to Fleet Team Members

- Collate Carbon Audit Data

- Complete projects for annual campaigns

Training and Compliance Co-ordinator – You:

Essential requirements:

- Experience of telematics tracking systems

- Excellent administrative skills

- Experience in Fleet Training and Compliance

- Ability to work alone and within a team

- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure

- Ability to multi-task efficiently within a dynamic and fast paced transport environment

Desirable:

- Administration qualification

- OLAT certification
