Our client, a global pharmaceutical company with an innovative and exciting growth plan, are currently looking for a Trainer to join their team.

As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the sales team focusing on Oncology products. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs tailored to the specific needs of the sales team.

Your expertise in both pharmaceutical sales will be instrumental in equipping the team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively promote the products and deliver exceptional value to healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, disease understanding, sales techniques, and compliance regulations within the specific therapeutic area
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Leadership, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives and market strategies
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to enhance performance and drive results
  • Monitoring the latest developments in Oncology research, treatment protocols, and competitive landscape, incorporating relevant insights into training materials and activities
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, participant feedback, and observation, continuously refining content and delivery methods to optimise learning outcomes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on Oncology products
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience in training and development, demonstrating the ability to design and deliver engaging and impactful training programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
