Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Trainee Will Drafter to join our team in St Leonards, Hastings to provide advice and documents to our clients.
Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Will Drafter:
- To input data onto specifically designed software to produce Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and declaration of severances
- To discuss queries with clients or consultants when required by telephone or e-mail.
- Meeting targets set by the Legal Team Manager.
- Producing accurate documents
- Keeping up to date with cases and reports
Skills and Experience of a Trainee Will Drafter:
- Proficient IT - using Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
- Flexible, adaptable, and conscientious.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience of Will drafting is preferred but not essential
