Trainee Weaver
Our Client is looking for a trainee weaver to join their team in Dursley
Completion of a range of tasks as directed by the Production Manager which contribute to the production of a range of belting products.
Whilst the main part of the role is that of a trainee weaver with the ambition to be a fully trained weaver other tasks such as warping, loom set up, wiring, sewing, inspection, coating and packing may be required as the business needs dictate.
Follow work instructions and operating procedures which form the site quality systems.
Work in a safe manner always considering your own and others safety.
Work as part of a team to ensure products are made consistently, in a timely manner and to the quality required.
Ensure your work area is kept clean and tidy.
Engage in any training and development.
Working hours - 40 hours per week within the site opening hours.
The site is open Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4pm
There would be a 30 minute unpaid lunch and 2 breaks.
