A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Trainee Transport Planner for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Tilbury.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning a fleet of up to 20 vehicles
  • Liaising with the drivers and solving any issues on site
  • Keeping customers updated with any problems or delays on site
  • Job quotes for customer over the phone or email
  • In control of incoming /outgoing stock
  • Seeking new sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent timekeeper
  • Sales experience would be an advantage
