This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is interested in pursing a role in Training / Learning and Development. You do not need to have previous experience in a training role, but a background in administration / business support would be desirable.

Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver training sessions to a range of audiences.
  • Provide coaching and support to other team members.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with organisational policies and legal requirements.

Profile

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience within the healthcare sector would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Good prioritisation abilities.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • An interest in Learning and Development.

Job Offer

Full time and permanent role + Paying £23,949 rising to £24,567 after 12 months + 29 days holiday plus bank holidays + Hybrid working + Pension scheme + other excellent benefits
