  • Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Weekday) 8:30am-4:30pm (Saturdays)

Do you have a passion to work within the property industry?

HRGO Recruitment are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join a busy sales team in Eastbourne. The successful candidate must be well presented and have the confidence to diverse with the public.

Our clients are a family run business and were established in 1989. They are consistently Eastbourne's top selling estate agents!

General Duties:

  • Conduct property viewings with clients
  • Agree and nurture sales through to completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers & many other third parties
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Maintain good and strong relationships with individuals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Actively seek out new business and generate leads
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the property market
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload

Requirements

  • MUST have a driving license and vehicle
  • GCSE Qualifications
  • Work well under pressure
  • Good at multitasking
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required
