MBA are looking to hire a Trainee Resourcer based at their HQ in Chester. This is a new opportunity for someone who is looking for a career change or for their first step on the employment ladder. Excellent earning potential for an entry level role and great career prospects.

The Trainee Resourcer will support the wider recruitment teams to identify, screen and refer suitable candidates for a number of different positions.

Trainee Resourcer Responsibilities

- Source candidates using various tools and methodologies
- Work closely with the recruitment consultants to understand job requirements
- Call suitable candidates and relay relevant information to colleagues
- Go above on beyond to hit targets

- Resilience
