What will you be doing?

In this role, you will focus on sector specific recruitment alongside a director with in excess of 25 years in the industry, performing a full 360-degree role.

This will encompass:

  • Handling your own portfolio of exisiting clients as well as developing new business relationships and sourcing the best talent in the marketplace via Jaxdene's multi-faceted candidate attraction strategy
  • Business development will form a key part of this role, given the size and scope of the market but full training is provided
  • Meeting clients and candidates in person, initially alongside your mentor
  • Building up your desk to ensure a consistent flow of permanent vacancies. You will focus on solution-led recruitment, where you're the sole point of client contact
