We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us on our journey of growth. Having been established for nearly 2 years we are now looking for determined individuals to be an integral part of our team.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consutlant you will work closely with clients and candidates. It's a fast-paced environment working to KPI's to achieve your targets where you can directly impact your own success.

Role Essentials:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
- Utilise various sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with diligence and professionalism

Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is advantageous

Benefits:
- Basic salary between £22,000 - £24,000 + commission with realistic Year 1 OTE of £30,000 and Year 2 £45,000 +
- Hybrid working environment
