The Role

Headhunting the best talent in the marketplace for your clients' businesses.

• Use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best talent - including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.
• Develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth, helping them to reach their goals.
• Managing pipeline, process, offers & closing deals.

• You will have a clear path to a Director role within the company within 4 years.

The Requirements

• Degree education OR Sales experience required (car sales, telesales, b2b, b2c, etc.)
