Basic salary: £22,500 - £25,000

Typical on target earnings: Year 1 OTE £22,500 - £35,000, Year 2 OTE £35,000 - £65,000, Year 3 OTE Year 3 - £75,000 +

You will excel working in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Utilising drive and tenacity you will identify and engage the best healthcare professionals, asses their skills, experience, work preferences, and successfully match them with temporary job opportunities at NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals across the UK and beyond. Your ability to effectively source, qualify, and book candidates will be crucial in ensuring successful placements.

By possessing exceptional communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture strong relationships with customers, candidates and clients. This will establish your reputation as a reliable, approachable, and proactive recruiter who consistently fulfils their commitments.

No prior experience in recruitment or healthcare is necessary to join our teams, you will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, development opportunities, and full investment in your career progression at Globe Locums. We are looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence, drive and a willingness to learn and grow. You will be well rewarded and typical on target earnings: Year 1 £22,500-35k OTE, Year 2 £35-65k OTE, Year 3 £75k +OTE
