TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

SALARY: £24-26K basic + uncapped commission (On Target Earnings £40K year 1, £60K year 2, £85K+ year 3)

LOCATION: Central London

TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - THE ROLE

• Cold calling to win new business
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting, creating appealing adverts and networking
• Selling your services to both candidates and clients
• Building relationships and earning trust in the market
• Keeping up to date with markets insights
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Negotiating salaries
• Hitting and exceeding individual and team targets
• Making deals and earning commission!

TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 2:1/1st class degree at a top 40 university AND/OR 1yr+ B2B sales experience
• Working throughout studies
• Sporting background/ extra-curricular activities
• Hunger to succeed

• Confidence in communicating on the phone and in person
• Strong written communication skills
• Resilience
• Willingness to work long hours
