Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Finance Industry

Location: London, UK

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven graduate to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, focusing on recruiting the best talent in the Financial Services sector!

You will be working in the fast-paced and dynamic world of recruitment, with support and training from a number of experienced directors, managers and peers.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for finance positions within the London area.

• You will be conducting interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates for our clients.

• You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process for finance positions, from initial briefings with clients to job offer stage.

• You will be developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Finance or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong work ethic and high levels of motivation and resilience.

• A genuine interest in the finance industry and a desire to develop a career in recruitment.
