Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package: £25K - £28K Basic Salary - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £70K OTE Year 3, £100K Year 4

You will be working with the likes of Samsung, TomTom and Dyson to name a few. Our client have recently opened offices in Amsterdam and Munich and are now looking to bring in ambitious trainees to help them with their continued global growth.

The Role:

• Liaising with their international clients to determine what their requirements are.
• Contacting people who are seeking new employment opportunities and matching skills to those opportunities.
• Arrange face-to-face meetings with international clients.
• Attending industry trade fairs and events.

• A competitive basic salary plus a commission scheme of up to 45%. The typical earnings are £35K in Year 1, £50K in Year 2 and Year 3 you should be earning between £70K-100K

• Degree educated or 1 years sales experience
