Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package - £24K basic plus commission - Year 1 OTE - £45K

Our client is on a mission of growth, looking for the top sales professionals of Reading to join them on their journey to success. Recruiting the highest calibre of talent across the globe, the team is made up of high performers. You will receive on going support and development from some of the highest performing recruiters in Reading. With a small team, the business turned over £1.5 million last year, now looking to double this! The Role:

• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
• Organising interviews as requested by clients.

The Requirements:

• 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Financially motivated
• Great communication skills
• String work ethic
• Competitive and ambitious
