Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package: £23K - £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2)

You will be part of a market leading training programme that involves lots of 1-1 coaching that will shape you into a very successful consultant.

The Role:

• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Account Management
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Building a personal brand in your chosen market

The Requirements:

• Recent graduate or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good academics, ideally degree educated
• Financially motivated
• Competitive
• A sense of achievement - sport, internships etc
• Work ethic
• Self confidence
