We need 3 intelligent, money driven, hard working graduates to join this team.

The Training Academy: You will receive comprehensive, extensive training. You will be taught the skills and given the tools needed to become a successful recruitment consultant. It will be a mixture of classroom style teaching as well as on the job learning.

B2B/DIRECT SALES EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

If you have a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline or strong A level results, can build rapport easily over the phone, are used to working towards targets, thrive under pressure and in a fast paced environment and have a strong work ethic then you have what it take to become a recruitment consultant!
