Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Immediate Start

TRM is exclusively partnered with a boutique recruitment company within Life Sciences to take the business to the next stage of its growth. Working under industry leaders you will be given bespoke training and a progression plan dedicated to you and shaped in the way you want it to.

You will be learning from an award winner in contract recruitment working at pace in a fast moving market and deal sizes up to and above £25,000!

The Company:

Founded in January 2022, the business is at the very beginning of its growth journey and are currently looking for ambitious individuals who want to control the success you have in your career. They currently work in Central London but have plans to build offices out in the US and Europe.

With just 6 in the company so far, they have just moved into an office with a capacity of 10 with a view to get to 25/30 in the next couple of years. This means you will be one of the most senior people within the business in the future with opportunities to grow your own desk or build out your own team.
