Due to the expansion, we are now looking to recruitment a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Financial Services Division, based in Loughton, Essex. Job Description:

• Initially developing candidate attraction skills and networking
• Proactive online appraoch to generating new business and developing existing client relationships.
• Maximise revenue and opportunities within the UK
• From candidate approach, you will be developed into a 360 consultant, managing the full life cycle recruitment process
• Identifying, qualify and closing suitable candidates.
