Job Description:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Teaching Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-quality teaching professionals in educational institutions. Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilise various recruitment channels to source and attract teaching professionals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Understand client needs and provide recruitment solutions that meet their requirements.

Job Matching:

  • Analyse candidate profiles and match them with suitable teaching positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about trends and changes in the education sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and candidates.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documentation.
