Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Realistic on Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1 £45,000 - Year 2 £60,000

Our client is the global leader in the Blockchain and Crypto space and they're busier than ever! 2021 has been my client’s best year to date and they know 2022 will be even bigger - they moved into a brand-new office, doubled their head count and promoted everyone that started in 2020 (some more than once)

They're looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join them ASAP to be part of the 2022 Summer Training Academy.

They offer uncapped commission, fast progression and the opportunity to join one of their international offices.

The role:

• Identify, source and successfully reach potential candidates within our core markets
• Business Development: Initiate new contact with potential clients within the market, understanding their business & hiring needs.
• Effectively represent both our brand as well as our client's within the market by providing high quality service, accurate information, and timely updates as a consultative expert within this space.
• Collaborate with management to effectively oversee key client and candidate relationships
• Oversee the full desk, or 360, recruitment process including both the candidate and client side in full
• Work with management and marketing to organize successful marketing initiatives - case studies, webinars, events, white papers, market insight assets, etc.
• Clearly log all data, activity and information in our central CRM system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment
