Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Award Winning Training

Package: £23K-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Outbound calling to generate new business
• Account management of new client wins and building a client base
• Generating and attending client visits
• Advertising vacancies
• Resourcing candidates

The Requirements:

• 1+ sales experience
