Trainee Property Manager - Harborne - Salary £23,000 to £25,000

Then this role could well suit you, I am looking for 2 people to work in a very busy office in central Harborne working within Property Management.

The role will involve

• Answering the telephone
• Arranging work to be carried out but local trasdespeople within the company portfolio of private rentals and Student Lets
• Talking to Landlords to agree work to be done
• Paperwork
• Imputting jobs onto the system ( you will work on a Lettings CRM System)
• Talking to tenants
• Dealing with sometimes difficult problems that need solving
• Ideally you will be able to drive but not essential.
• you must be 100% a team player
