Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Sales Valuer/Lister to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Cardigan working in our well known John Francis estate agency.

Key responsibilities of a Trainee Sales Valuer/Lister 

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Sales Valuer/Lister 
  • Estate Agency experience is desirable
  • Strong sales, or customer service background
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
