Trainee Project Manager

This Trainee Project Manager position is working for a company in Southbourne. The working hours are Monday to Friday, making up a 35-hour week! The role is paying up to £24,000.
The company are a privately owned asset management company who specialise in real estate value creation and profit maximisation. Working for over 10 years, the company have been involved with property transactions of all different sizes, including some over £500 million!
The Trainee Project Manager role with have a range of responsibilities, providing a great opportunity for learning and development. You will be liaising with key clients to ensure that project requirements such as scope, timelines and budgets are managed and adhered too. There will also be cross collaboration with other departments and companies within the group to ensure smooth running of planning applications. There will be the need to coordinate internal resources, assisting in the creation of scopes, objectives, plans and other framework such as risk management documents and other relevant documentation. As Trainee Project Manager, it is also important to ensure that relationships with clients, 3rd parties and other relevant stakeholders are maintained and strengthened.
You will need:

- Great organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- To be able to work to deadlines and adapt approaches
- Good Problem solving skills
- To be willing to commute to office daily
