About the Role:

As a Grad2Teach Trainee Primary Teacher, you will embark on an exciting journey to become an outstanding educator. Under the guidance of experienced mentors and teachers, you will develop essential teaching skills while working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). This role offers a hands-on learning experience in a supportive environment, allowing you to grow and thrive as an educator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Support individual and group learning activities.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

- A degree (2:2 or above) from a UK university or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
