If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career as an Apprentice Parts Advisor in a well-established main dealer!

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that blends hands-on experience with structured learning. You will work closely with our experienced Parts Advisors, gaining a deep understanding of parts operations, inventory management, customer service, and technical knowledge.

This role will provide you with a solid foundation to excel in the automotive industry and prepare you for a rewarding career as a Parts Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Learn to identify and locate automotive parts based on customer inquiries and vehicle specifications.
• Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure timely and accurate part orders.
• Develop technical knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• An interest in a career in the motor trade
• Good customer service skills

Salary and Benefits

• Wage DOE & age
• Mon - Fri - 08:00 - 17:00, overtime for Saturday work
• Great company benefits
• 22 Days Holiday + BH
