Trainee Paraplanner - role open to IFA Administrators - Gerrards Cross - Office based - Up to £35k

My client is a Chartered Independent, IFA Firm in London, who due to continued business growth are looking ot expand their team. They are looking to take on a versatile IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator who is who has a solid track record of working within a support role in Wealth Management who is looking for an opportunity to take the next step into a paraplanning role. This is a close knit team with and you will be welcomed, supported and mentored as you pursue a promotion to a full paraplanning role.

You will be working alongside a Senior Financial Adviser supporting them with administration across pensions, investments, and protection (from application through to continued servicing). The role requires a variety of skills including confidence in making outbound calls and handling client enquiries. You will also be responsible for managing the company interactions with 3rd party providers, producing reposts and illustrations, issuing letters of authority and producing valuation and suitability reports, as well as managing client relationships. This company has their own in-house Paraplanner academy which you can join and be supported with as you enhance your technical knowledge.

About you:

You MUST have 2 years experience of working as an Administrator within a Wealth Management Business to be considered for this role.

Ideally be knowledgeable of using Intelligent Office (IO).
