Role Details:
As a Trainee Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in the management and administration of Court of Protection cases. Your responsibilities will include the meticulous opening and organising of client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of legal processes for those under the protection of the court, many of whom reside in care homes.

Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive mindset with the capacity to work autonomously
- Proficiency in standard office software and the willingness to learn specialised legal systems
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous, though not essential
