Role Details:
As a Trainee Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in the management and administration of Court of Protection cases. Your responsibilities will include the meticulous opening and organising of client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of legal processes for those under the protection of the court, many of whom reside in care homes.
