The Trainee 2nd Charge Mortgage Advisor Role
As a Trainee Second Charge Mortgage Advisor for the brokerage, you'll be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network.
You will be provided with full support and training on how to best guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
Trainee 2nd Charge Mortgage Advisor key responsibilities
- Develop the in-depth knowledge of Mortgage administration
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of residential mortgage advice
- Progress on to specialise in Second charge mortgage advice
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on second charge mortgages
- Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
- Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
- Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
- Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
The Trainee Second Charge Mortgage Advisor Package
- Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
- Office Based
- Basic Salary: £25k - £35k
- OTE £45k - £50k
- Complete post sales administrative support
- 23 Days holidays per year + Bank holidays
