Trainee Mortgage Adviser £25,500 + Uncapped Commission + CeMAP Funding

We are currently on the hunt for a Trainee Mortgage Adviser to join a fast-growing mortgage business based at their state-of-the-art offices in Horwich. The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation within the mortgage world for being one of the best in class.


The successful Trainee Mortgage Adviser will be joining a high performing team with hot leads provided. Alongside your team of experienced sales executive colleagues, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that truly rewards high performers well in terms of financial recompense and additional rewards and benefits.

  • You will be qualifying customers for mortgage products, using conversation & relationship building skills to establish the very best outcome for each customer.
  • You will be the first point of contact for the customer & will be required to carry out an initial fact find & then pass the details over to a qualified advisor.
  • The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar environment and/or outbound calling, be hardworking and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment.
  • NO CALLED CALLING


In return for your efforts, you will be paid a generous basic salary, bonus and full CEMAP funding.
